Chrissy Quesada has over 25 years’ experience in domestic and international motion picture photo publicity.
Quesada began her career as an intern and later as an assistant in the marketing department of Carolco Pictures, where she worked on blockbusters like Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Total Recall and Basic Instinct.
Quesada then joined Sony Pictures as a junior publicist/photo editor, contributing to the publicity campaigns for Charlie’s Angels, Spider-Man and Men in Black, and other titles.
In 2002, Quesada left Sony Pictures to head the photo department at 20th Century Fox, where she oversaw a team of photo editors and streamlined procedures for online photo approvals, editing and archiving. At Fox, Quesada led the photo campaigns for Avatar, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, The Devil Wears Prada, Life of Pi and several pictures in the X-Men franchise.
In 2015, Quesada returned to Sony Pictures as Vice President of Still Photography, leading a team of photo editors, retouchers and photo coordinators. She recently expanded her role in the marketing and publicity departments by working on digital campaigns, spearheading international editorial photo shoots, and creating photo strategies for international and domestic markets. Most recently worked on the theatrical and awards campaigns for Once Upon A Time in Hollywood.
Quesada is a graduate of the USC, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
