From São Paulo to New York to Paris and now California, Sally Kim has worked on the most renowned brands from all over the world, from fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and Ralph Lauren to iconic brands like IBM, American Express and Coca-Cola at Ogilvy&Mather. Currently at Netflix, Sally's creativity and innovative thinking bridge the tech world of Silicon Valley with the entertainment universe of Hollywood. Her work has been recognized by One Show, London International Awards, Cannes, Webby Awards, Communications Arts, the FWA, NY Festivals and many others.

1. What was your very first job? I worked in a small, avant-garde digital shop called 3Light Studio while still at school.

2. Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.  It's an alchemy of creativity+technology+storytelling to concept experiences that connect people around the globe with moments of joy and pure entertainment. It requires collaboration with a wide range of partners: engineers, marketers, agencies, showrunners and many other teams.

3. How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? What was there train of events that brought you to where you are today?   The world always felt like a big creative playground for me, so many possibilities and adventures waiting to be explored. Since I was a kid, I was always curious and passionate about drawing, colors, art history and ideas. Everything happened organically while doing what I love, working hard and enjoying the ride.

4. In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?   I am inspired by travels, nature, art, movies, music and people. I like things that are exciting, pretty, simple, original and timeless.

5. If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?  The current one, which I can't tell what is just yet!
