The Museum of the Future, an annual 3-day exhibit held at the center of the Government Summit in Dubai, enables the policy-makers in attendance to immerse themselves in a persuasive vision of the future as shaped by current trends in technology and policy. The theatrical, immersive space created a tangible expression of future scenarios which invited visitors to engage with (and react to) ideas immediately and intuitively.
This exhibition represents the first-ever instance of a government applying experiential narrative at this scale to discuss systemic challenges.
Built around the theme of “Machinic Life” the 2016 exhibition showcases how sentient machines could evolve to enhance our bodies and minds, restructure our social and family lives, and manage complex social and economic systems.
