Carlos Serrao has always been visually oriented. He started to pursue photography seriously while documenting the South Beach Skateboard scene in Florida in the late `80s. A move to Los Angeles, California in the early `90s prompted him to start shooting more portraits.
It did not take long for the New York magazines such as Elle, Esquire, GQ, and ESPN to hire him for his beautiful and narrative portraits and major advertising campaigns quickly followed. The transition to film was a natural progression for Carlos and to ensure that his film work stayed true to his still images, he created We Can’t Say.TV- a full service film company.
