The Hennessy house entrusted AIMKO the deployment of its museum & boutique as well as the scenography of the visits that it proposes historically in Cognac – France, birthplace of the brand.
Daring by its open model of collaboration, AIMKO has been exploring since its inception many creative and technological fields. This multi-disciplinarity know-how makes of the agency a complete and demanding partner in the imagination of dynamic and inclusive experiments such as this one.
For Hennessy, AIMKO brought together and harnessed a wide multi-disciplinary team including creative leaders Benjamin Graindorge - designer, Yves Kneusé - architect and Benoit Munoz - scenographer. To combine the patrimonial with an innovating experiment was the bet of the team, which thus saw itself, entrusting the historical wine storehouses and a building designed twenty years ago by architect JM Wilmotte.
Together they did reinvent 2400 m2, reveal the historical wine storehouses, and propose a visit paced into 6 stopovers.
To echo the manufacturing of the spirits, “putting – together” (in the sense of blending) carries all the plastic and architectural intentions of this multi-sensory project.
