Claudia started the career1985 when she signed with the at this time most creative Agency worldwide: GGK.

As an Artdirector she worked in London, New York, Sao Paulo and Paris and was looking after accounts such as IBM worldwide, Kerrygold, Henkel Cosmetics and Dimples Whiskey. After leaving GGK she specialized in brand communications for Fashionbrands.

She started to develop unique branding strategies in Europe for clienst such as Strellson, Marc O’Polo, Elbeo, Etienne Aigner and Oui.

The relationship with Strellson lasted for 23 Years. She is also curating artprojects, exhibitions and events.

For all these clients Claudia was in charge of the entire 360° Marketing Development.

Her work has been also recognized by national and international Award Shows, including The Art Directors Club, The One Show, D&AD, The. Her cowork with Nadav Kander is also shown in the Collection of the National Portrait Gallery in London.

She has worked with some of the most respected photographers in art and also in commercial projects such as Glen Luchford, Josh Olins, Matthew Brookes, Nadav Kander, Hubertus Hamm. She also continuously works with young and talented Photographers, helping them to
develop their career.

In 2015 she opened a new agency between New York and Munich with a team worldwide. BB 235 LLC and Claudia Jaeh Creative Services provide the clients with permanent special profiled members of the board to their needs.

They are working together in always changing teams.

The next challenge is to create new visual languages for fashion and art.

1. What was your very first job? What does it feels like to look back at it?

My first job was at GGK International. I started in best international league of creatives. This influences me since today.

2. Please describe, in your own words, what your current job is and what work it entails.

My job as a creative director is now to relaunch brands with the best team for them. This includes all visual areas like communication, shops, social media, new challenges etc.

3. How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? Which train of events did bring you to where you are today

It was actually my art teacher in school. He said to me: If you don`t follow yout great creatice instincts you are an idiot. And he was right.

4. In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how and where do you usually find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?

Inspirations come mostly from walking around, talking to people, watching movies and shows, the ordinary stuff. The most important input comes from reading books and shut the computer down to get the brain free for fresh own pictures. If I can see it with my inner eye I start working on a project.

5. If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, especially for the creative work and innovation it required rather than its recognition or industry success, what would it be?

There are so many big and small ones. It depends on the moment and its not only an advertisng campaign. The successful process is to emphasize something through a creative process.
