What was your very first job?
My first design job was at an advertising agency in Brussels called Happiness Brussels.
Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.
I feel like my job boils down to finding the most creative and inspired solutions to communicating anything a brand wants to be. On top of that it’s working together with everyone here at Baron&Baron to build an amazing team.
How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? What was there train of events that brought you to where you are today?
I’ve just always done what felt right.
In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?
By meeting new people, seeing new places and spending time with my friends and family. I think it’s important to stay true to yourself and not just try to jump on every new trend that appears.
If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?
Dior Magazine is a great project. It’s very creative and rewarding to be able to work with so many amazing photographers and such beautiful clothes, and really see your ideas come to life.
