I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. Initially studying biology and creative writing at San Francisco State University, I switched gears and moved to Los Angeles to attend Art Center College of Design. There I studied Fine Art with concentrations in Film and Photography. Since then Ive lived between New York and New Orleans, working on projects with the fashion and luxury focused agencies before becoming the Creative Director helping rethink the Lord & Taylor brand.

How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? What was there train of events that brought you to where you are today?
Art and creative is what has inspired me since I was a child. First starting in music, then moving into film and photography, I kept doing all of these and using them to inspire my creative vision.
In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?
I travel extensively and get out into the real world for experience that feeds back into my creative work. I cant sit too long in front of a computer screen.
If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?
The project I am most proud of is our Spring 2016 campaign shot in and around Havana. We were one of the first American companies to shoot a campaign in Cuba after the embargo was partially lifted. My team spent 2 weeks there creating content for both our Lord & Taylor and Hudson’s Bay brands.
