As the Creative Director for Aritzia, David works on the strategic creative vision for the overall Aritzia brand and all exclusive brands. David is responsible for the creative output of all customer facing materials and activities across Marketing and eCommerce – this includes art direction, graphic design, interactive design, digital experience, mobile design, visual display, styling and photography – and across all outputs of Product, Retail, eCommerce and Marketing. Prior to Aritzia, David was the Creative Director at Wednesday Agency. David led the creative for major clients such as Balenciaga, Proenza Schouler, Chanel, Mr Porter, H&M, Tommy Hilfiger, Tory Burch, Alexander McQueen, Moncler. When not working, David likes to spend time with his family, go to the cinema, skateboarding, playing tennis and collecting furniture.

What was your very first job?
Working at a Burger Joint, at age 17.
Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.
Through skateboarding. Expressing myself through skateboarding led me to fuel interests around artwork and design.
How did you discover that the creative world was right for you?

Art, photography, design, and always thinking outside of the box.
