Please describe, in your own words, what your job is and what work it entails.
Senior Creative Director for Under Armour Global Consumer Experience. I oversee the creative design and messaging for all global e-commerce sites (30+), emails, & digital assets.
How and when did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Tell us how you got to where you are today.
As a kid, I would stay up all night copying comic book characters. I wasn’t actually into comics though. I just liked to draw. My mom was always very encouraging and gave me everything I needed to keep exploring my artistic side.
In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how do you find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?
The internet, social media, travel and museums.
If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, more for the creative work and innovation it required, rather than its recognition or industry “success,” what would it be?
I’m always most proud of the projects that demonstrated cohesive team efforts, from all areas of the business (merch, marketing, copy, design, ops). When everyone is firing on all cylinders, great things happen.
