1. What was your very first job? What does it feel like to look back at it now? 

Runner/Driver. It feels like it was a super exited time couse everything was new and I was so fascinated by being part of a commercial film project. Especially all was an adventure. For example getting in touch with international clients, agencies, directors and DOPS

2. Please describe, in your own words, what your current job is and what work it entails.

My current job is executive producer. I`m responsible for all moving images productions (approx. 15-20 TVCs, SM content, international adaptions for approx. 190 international countries)

3. How did you discover that the creative world is right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? Which train of events did bring you to where you are today?

I discover that the creative world is the right for me couse everything is allowed in possible if you got the right open imagination which fits to the brief. I was fastinated by the creative people how they work and  also impressed to the fact that a big audience will see the creations.

The train of events which brought me there where I am today is the trust and believe to your own dreams and meeting the right people at the perfect time. The most important for me was trust, honesty and never stop improving our self everyday in therms of performance to learn everyday something new. Also the fact of staying open was super important for me.

4. In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how and where do you usually find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?
