What was your very first job? What does it feel like to look back at it now?

My first job it was in the industry of the music. Then I did a normal career like Engineer in Electronics and Communications and then the life all the time push me in the creative things and one day I was working all the time in marketing + technology. I miss those days, because today is simpler to do the things, of course, if you know how to do the things.

Please describe, in your own words, what your current job is and what work it entails?

In simple words is to find the way to convince people. And with creativity and solutions am doing that with my team every day and increase sales from online and social media. You cannot imagine the big work have to do, because in my case and in this industry. The mentality is traditional and every day we need to prove, is possible to do it and simple to do it. Of course, takes time but if we are constant we can also change the world. ;)

How did you discover that the creative world was right for you? Was there a time in your life that you credit to this discovery? And Which train of events did bring you to where you are today?

Since I was born I think I knew it. Sounds strange but my life is strange. I have lucky because I was in the correct moment about technology and then I'm a creative guy and all the time thinking in solutions, compositions, new ideas, and generating ideas from other people. And is good all the time to think too much but then I stopped to think. And start to see what is necessary to do. I passed for a lot experiences, and when you have more experiences. one day, you can decide to just to see the reality and to see what we need to do more. Creativity is complex and, in my opinion,, simple solutions are more effective on this days. And in that moment, I discover I can do something more and help others. Maybe sound logic but a lot of people doesn't know how to arrive there. And in my opinion, today is more difficult to arrive there because of all the technology and evolutions of ideas. In all my life, I all the time in whatever type of events, like today in your event. I just subscribed to meet more people and see what is going on today in the small smart brains and then someone from your team want me to participate in your show ;) I am Mexican and is difficult survive in Europe and this is why all the time I am in all the events of music, art, concerts, etc.. AND yes is important to do networking in this days. IS the way to go faster in this life and also get a better job ;)

In your constantly growing and expanding industry, how and where do you usually find inspiration to keep your work fresh, innovative and relevant?

I follow millions of blogs, articles and all the time in events. The best way to get ideas today is going outside and not be in an office ;) That is my way to create new ideas.

If you had to pick one piece of work or project that you are most proud of, especially for the creative work and innovation it required rather than its recognition or industry success, what would it be?

All my music! Is unique and I do music for me and for musicians. And today on the industry, I think Alpiner X is a good example of my work.
