Born in Italy as the daughter of the renowned Austrian Art Director Martin Schmollgruber, Carolina has always been immersed with visual creativity and the press environment. After studying arts at the Sorbonne, she worked in trend offices in Milan and Paris analyzing and anticipating colors, fabrics, and shapes for the fashion industry. To pursue her writing skills on prospective concepts and attitudes, she later studied journalism at CFJ in Paris. By working several years for Figaro Magazine Lifestyle and the professional beauty press, her passion for brand strategy grew. She then joined L’Oréal where she developed brand content at an international level combined with a digital activation on social media platforms. Now reconnecting with her Italian roots at Armani, Carolina suits her ambitions to make brand communication evolve towards conversational paths with new engaging contents in collaboration with exciting artists.
