Xenia grew up in Paris where she studied Fashion Management and finished her degree at London College of Fashion. She started her career in a PR agency and then held various roles in marketing and communication in fashion and luxury companies including Matches, where she worked on the launch of matchesfashion.com. She left London to lead the international product marketing function at PUMA, and, shortly after went to oversee global „niche marketing“, targeting influencers and opinion leaders. She joined Berlin-based eyewear brand MYKITA eight years ago, where she helped build the brand with a new image campaign concept and a clear focus on PR. She oversees all marketing, communications and online activities globally. In this role she is also driving all collaborations, which have included designers such as Bernhard Willhelm, Moncler, Damir Doma and MYKITA + Maison Margiela among others.
