Mehmet Arici has nearly 30 years of experience in global marketing & branding, in the fields of the clothing industry, retail, fashion, beauty and designer segment. He has started his career working for CLUB MED, in charge of the public relations for various resorts worldwide. During 16 years, from 1986 to 2002, he switched and worked for the clothing & retail industry for well-known companies such as MAXFIELD, LOS ANGELES, ISSEY MIYAKE TOKYO, HUGO BOSS, ESPRIT, PEEK & CLOPPENBURG and BARNEYS to name a few. He led and contributed to all business initiatives that positively impacted the companies' corporate earning, in terms of image, advertising, merchandising, corporate identity, public relations and marketing. He has managed important annual marketing budgets, coupled with long term business and financial planning, making him a valuable asset in this industry. Mehmet played a strong role in defining the message to the consumer and thus to the companies' share price. In 2003, he decides to start his own company - Arici Fashion Consulting - specialized in strategic and creative thinging as well as counsel to brands that have exposure to global markets. Since then, he has been designing advertising campaigns and events of every scale, offering as well as strategic and creative consulting & working on the identity of market products for renown clients such as: HUGO BOSS, BALDESSARINI, JOOP, STRELLSON, TOMMY HILFIGER, JOYCE HONG-KONG, ESCADA, WINDSOR, JET SET, FACONNABLE, VICTORINOX, ODEEH, RENE STORK, BENETTON, BOGNER, LUCIANO BARBERA, SAMSONITE by MARC NEWSON, and MARO O'POLO.
